SCHEDULE OF VISITS & VACCINES

A typical schedule of well child exams and vaccines in our office looks like this:

Age – Vaccines

3-4 days – None

2 weeks – None

2 months – DTaP/IPV/Hep B (one shot), PCV13, Rotarix, and Hib

4 months – DTaP/IPV/Hep B (one shot), PCV13, Rotarix, and Hib

6 months – DTaP/IPV/Hep B (one shot), PCV13, and Hib

9 months* – None

12 months – MMR, Varicella, PCV13, and Hep A

15 months – DTaP and Hib

18 months* – Hep A

2 years – None

2.5 years* – None

3 years – None

4 years – DTaP/IPV (one shot), MMR/Varicella (one shot)

5-10 years – None

11 years – MCV4, TdaP, and HPV (2 shots 6 months apart)

12-15 years – None

16 years – MCV4, MenB (optional)

17 years - None

18 years – None

*Major developmental screening tests are done at these visits.
