Developmental Assessments

At every "well visit" your child will be assessed to see if he/she is meeting normal developmental milestones. In addition, at 9, 18, and 30 months (in accordance with American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines), we ask you to complete detailed questionnaires about your child, which we use to detect developmental delays or autism symptoms. If such problems exist, we will refer to appropriate specialists, since early detection and therapy are the key to maximizing a delayed child's potential.
