Dr. Patricia Bertz has found it a joy and passion caring for the health of children as a pediatrician for over twenty eight years. After receiving her medical education at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans LA, she trained at a US Air Force Hospital for her pediatric residency. She served as a medical officer in the US Air Force, caring for children of military families overseas and stateside, before making Reno her permanent home. She has many years of experience working in the inpatient nursery and outpatient general pediatric clinic settings in Reno serving families in Northern Nevada.  She and her family love the beauty of the Sierra mountains and are avid skiers, and backpackers.
